LONDON (Reuters) - The British government is to relaunch its counter-terrorism strategy this week, saying the country still faces a severe threat from al Qaeda and lessons needed to be learned from recent global attacks.
The focus will be on greater community involvement and standing up to those who challenge Britain's "shared values", while taking into account a shift in militant tactics such as the attacks on hotels in Mumbai in November.
