BEIJING (Reuters) - North Korea has signaled willingness to move ahead with denuclearisation talks and played down reports it may test fire missiles, a former senior U.S. diplomat just back from Pyongyang said on Saturday.
Stephen Bosworth, former U.S. ambassador to South Korea and now dean at the Fletcher School of diplomacy at Tufts University, said following talks with senior North Korean officials he got with the impression they wished to continue with the nuclear disarmament process.
