MOSCOW (Reuters) - Russia on Thursday launched an inter-continental ballistic missile from its Plesetsk cosmodrome in northern Russia, domestic media reported.
The RS-12M Topol' rocket, with the NATO designation of SS-25 Sickle and configured for a mobile platform, was successfully launched at 9:10 a.m. Moscow time, ITAR-TASS said, quoting a spokesman from the Russian strategic rocket forces.
