HANOI (Reuters) - Japan and North Korea cut short talks on Thursday toward establishing diplomatic relations, Japanese diplomats said, but the reason was not immediately clear.
The two-day talks in Hanoi between the bitter foes had resumed on Thursday after the cancellation of a session on Wednesday afternoon, but the discussions at the North Korean embassy in Hanoi lasted less than an hour.
