BEIJING (Reuters) - Six-way talks on ending North Korea's nuclear programme resumed on Saturday with a dim promise of progress, but envoys remained cautious after many false dawns and at least one stumbling block across their path.
Chief delegates headed back to the negotiating table in the Chinese capital for a third day to work through a proposal for the reclusive communist country to restrict its nuclear ambitions after more than three years of stop-start talks.
