BRASILIA, Brazil (Reuters) - Venezuelan President Hugo Chavez will make little progress in exporting his self-styled socialist revolution in South America but his nationalist foreign policy could hamper regional integration efforts, analysts said on Monday.
The re-election of Chavez on Sunday is likely to renew concern in Washington over a growing axis of left-wing governments in Latin America led by the saber-rattling former coup leader.
