BANDA ACEH, Indonesia (Reuters) - A little less than two years ago, the stench of death permeated this Indonesian provincial capital, its streets littered with bodies and debris.
Now, in a sign of how far it has come from the dark days of the Indian Ocean tsunami disaster, the streets are festooned with campaign posters from the eight candidates for governor and others running for local office in an historic Dec. 11 election.
