LONDON (Reuters) - Britain wants tighter limits on greenhouse gases by Europe and other rich countries to check climate change and reduce the risk of a global economic upheaval on a par with the 1930s Depression.
A report published on Monday said the benefits of determined worldwide steps to tackle global warming will massively outweigh the costs, if worldwide action is taken soon.
