TALLINN (Reuters) - Environmental protesters hooked themselves up to a tanker moored in Estonia which discharged toxic waste in Africa that has killed at least eight people and the Baltic state considered on Wednesday whether to impound it.
Two members of Greenpeace attached themselves via harness to the mooring lines of Probo Koala to stop it leaving the port of Paldiski. They were later arrested by border guards and fined.
