BAGHDAD (Reuters) - A bomb blew apart a minibus in central Baghdad on Sunday, killing nine people a day after Prime Minister Nuri al-Maliki again called for reconciliation among ethnically and religiously divided Iraqis to end the bloodshed.
A top government official revealed that Maliki planned to reshuffle his coalition unity cabinet just 100 days after it was formed, to root out disloyal or poorly performing ministers and rally factions behind his national reconciliation plan.
