BANGKOK (Reuters) - Nearly 400 North Koreans have managed to smuggle themselves to Thailand through China and eastern Myanmar so far this year, Thai police said on Wednesday after they arrested 175 at a Bangkok house.
South Korea's Yonhap news agency described the house near the South Korean embassy as a "church home", suggesting Bangkok is now a terminus for the religious and human rights groups spiriting people out of the isolated hardline communist state.
