HAVANA (Reuters) - Raul Castro, who took over the reins of power in Cuba from his ailing brother Fidel, at least provisionally, has long lived under the shadow of his towering sibling and little is known about his plans for Cuba.
But analysts say the younger Castro, the world's longest serving defense minister, is no obsequious subaltern.
