GAZA (Reuters) - An Israeli air strike killed one Hamas militant and wounded two others in the Gaza Strip on Monday, medical officials said.

The Israeli army said it had fired at a group that was firing rockets into Israel.

Israel has vowed to pursue air and ground assaults in the Gaza Strip indefinitely to bring about the release of an abducted soldier and halt cross-border rocket attacks.
