The Constitutional Court, which rules on the legality of laws and politicians, was due to debate on Thursday whether to initiate trial procedures, court Secretary-General Paiboon Warahapaitoon told reporters after it met.
"They will debate and vote on Thursday whether to accept the case," Paiboon said.
