JAKARTA (Reuters) - An expected meeting on Friday between the presidents of Indonesia and East Timor, which would have been the first since a report surfaced accusing Indonesia of atrocities in East Timor, will not take place, officials said.
Asked on Wednesday if Indonesian President Susilo Bambang Yudhoyono would meet East Timor counterpart Xanana Gusmao in the near future, senior palace official Garibaldi Sujatmiko told Reuters: "At the moment, that is not on the agenda."
