DENPASAR, Indonesia (Reuters) - Indonesian prosecutors sought the death penalty on Tuesday for an Australian charged with heroin smuggling, the first capital punishment demand against nine Australians on trial in a high-profile case.
The prosecution shied away from demanding the death sentence and asked for life in jail for two other members of the "Bali Nine", who were arrested on the resort island of Bali last April.
