SEOUL (Reuters) - The U.S. Treasury Department briefed South Korean officials on Monday on its investigations into suspected illegal financial activities by North Korea that Washington says helped fund Pyongyang's nuclear arms programme.
The visit of the team headed by Daniel Glaser, the top U.S. Treasury official on anti-terrorist financing and financial crimes, comes as North Korea is threatening to boycott multilateral talks on ending its nuclear ambitions.
