YANGON (Reuters) - Myanmar has delayed a Southeast Asian mission to assess democratic reforms in the military-ruled country, saying it's too busy moving to a new capital in jungle-clad mountains far from Yangon.
The visit by a delegation from the 10-member Association of South East Asian Nations (ASEAN) had been expected in January after the junta came under pressure from its neighbours during a regional summit in Kuala Lumpur in December.
