TOKYO (Reuters) - Japan will not normalise ties with North Korea unless a feud over Pyongyang's past abductions of Japanese nationals is resolved, the government's top spokesman said on Monday.
Japan and North Korea have been locked in a bitter dispute over North Korea's abductions of Japanese in the 1970s and 1980s to help train Pyongyang's spies.
