WASHINGTON (Reuters) - U.S. President George W. Bush was expected to tout last week's Iraq election as a sign of progress in a Sunday night address aimed at quelling mounting American anxiety about the Iraq war.
White House spokesman Scott McClellan said the U.S. mission in Iraq was "entering a critical period," and that Bush "will talk about what we've accomplished and where we're headed."
