LONDON (Reuters) - Former U.S. Secretary of State Colin Powell said on Saturday it would be a tragic mistake to pull U.S. troops out of Iraq as quickly as possible.
In an interview with the BBC, Powell also accused Defense Secretary Donald Rumsfeld and Vice President Dick Cheney of going behind his back direct to U.S. President George W. Bush ahead of the U.S.-led invasion in 2003.
