HONG KONG (Reuters) - Hong Kong's leader pledged on Thursday to make changes to the government's unpopular election reform package amid fierce opposition from pro-democracy lawmakers.
But Chief Executive Donald Tsang insisted he would not be able to meet growing public demands to provide a timetable or roadmap for a move to full democracy for the territory of seven million people.
