BAGHDAD (Reuters) - Competing religious and secular politicians from Iraq's Shi'ite Muslim majority blamed each other on Saturday for economic hardships and human rights abuses.
Less than two weeks before a parliamentary election likely to divide Iraqis along sectarian and ethnic lines, some of the fiercest campaigning is between rival Shi'ite groups who stand the best chance of leading a new government.
