LONDON (Reuters) - Healthy options available at fast food outlets are often not what they seem, containing unexpectedly large amounts of salt and fat, British consumer watchdog magazine Which? said on Thursday.
However, companies' attempts to promote a better image seemed to be working as some children now believed fast food was healthy, the watchdog's research found.
