OLE POLOS, Kenya (Reuters) - Equal rights may be a popular slogan elsewhere, but they were a frightening prospect for some of Kenya's Maasai people at Monday's referendum.
"What kind of a man would I be if a woman becomes equal to me?" asked Julius Oruas, clad in the red robes and necklace of Kenya's famous tribe, as he queued to vote on Monday.
