VIENNA (Reuters) - The U.N. nuclear watchdog chief could go to Tehran soon to try to nail down a deal over activities the West suspects could be Iran's preliminary steps to making nuclear arms, diplomats said on Tuesday.
A new report on Iran by International Atomic Energy Agency director Mohamed ElBarade is to be circulated among the 35 IAEA member states later this week, ahead of a crunch Nov. 24 board meeting on whether to refer Tehran to the U.N. Security Council, which could impose sanctions.
