SAO PAULO, Brazil (Reuters) - Cuba contributed $3 million to the 2002 election campaign of Brazilian President Luiz Inacio Lula da Silva, a violation of electoral law, a leading news magazine reported on Saturday.
The charges could reignite a government corruption scandal that the president had appeared to be putting behind him in recent weeks.
