GAZA (Reuters) - Israeli warplanes carried out a dozen bombing raids against rocket launching sites in northern Gaza on Saturday, knocking out electricity to several thousand homes, Palestinian witnesses and security sources said.
Most of the Israeli bombs and missiles struck open areas, but several landed near homes and police stations and cut deep craters in roads, the sources said.
