HONG KONG (Reuters) - Hong Kong's new leader, Donald Tsang, will deliver his maiden policy address on Wednesday and all eyes are on how he plans to improve governance and further boost the economy after years of policy blunders.
Riding a wave of public esteem, Tsang, who took over from former chief executive Tung Chee-hwa in June with Beijing's tacit approval, is also expected to announce plans to reduce worsening pollution and help marginalised residents and families that have not benefited from the recovering economy.
