MANILA (Reuters) - Opponents of Philippine President Gloria Macapagal Arroyo accused her on Monday of suppressing evidence of election fraud and vowed to march on Congress before an impeachment vote that she is expected to survive.
Analysts say Arroyo's solid majority in Congress should ensure she wins the vote, which is expected to take place later this week after speeches by law-makers that began on Monday.
