Bush touts Iraq constitution, prods Sunnis

CRAWFORD, Texas (Reuters) - U.S. President George W. Bush on Sunday heaped praise on Iraq's draft constitution but acknowledged Sunni opposition and said an upcoming referendum could spark a new wave of violence. 

"Some Sunnis have expressed reservations about various provisions of the constitution," said Bush, who had made a personal appeal to Iraqi Shi'ites to cut a deal with Sunni Arabs. "That's their right as free individuals living in a free society."
