Indonesia and the Free Aceh Movement (GAM), a separatist group that has fought for independence of the former's Aceh province since 1976, will sign the peace agreement -- officially called a memorandum of understanding -- later in the afternoon in Finland.
The deal is aimed at ending one of Asia's longest insurgencies.
