HOUSTON (Reuters) - Shuttle Discovery's right wing may have been struck by a small piece of foam that flew off its external fuel tank during launch, but no damage has been detected and the ship appears in good shape for an Aug. 7 landing, NASA managers said on Thursday.

Discovery's seven astronauts boarded the International Space Station high above the Earth on Thursday, the first shuttle crew to visit since the 2003 Columbia disaster and now because of new safety concerns, possibly the last for some time.
