VIENTIANE (Reuters) - Asia-Pacific's main security forum got back on track on Thursday after a series of snubs from its biggest players, with North and South Korean foreign ministers due to meet for the first time in a year.
The United States, China, India, South Korea and Australia -- a group comprising nearly half the world's roughly six billion people -- also unveiled a pact to fight global warming by developing new technology to cut greenhouse gas emissions.
