BEIJING (Reuters) - Delegations from North and South Korea, meeting in Beijing on Sunday, said they wanted to see "substantial progress" in this week's six-party talks aimed at ending Pyongyang's pursuit of nuclear weapons.
The two sides said they also wanted the participants to come up with a framework for a nuclear-free Korean peninsula.
