BANGKOK (Reuters) - Military-ruled Myanmar is expected to tell Southeast Asian foreign ministers next week it will forego its scheduled chairmanship of the ASEAN regional grouping in 2006, Thailand's foreign minister said on Wednesday.
Foreign Minister Kantathi Suphamongkhon said Yangon was sensitive to the concerns of its neighbours in the 10-member Association of South East Asian Nations (ASEAN).
