HONG KONG (Reuters) - Hong Kong police have reopened an investigation into the death of a model whose dismembered skeleton was found in a flat belonging to the brother of the city's former chief secretary, Anson Chan.
Annie Pang Chor-ying's skeleton was found in John Fang's flat in October 1999 after she went missing four years earlier. Her head was found in a rubbish bin.
