BANDA ACEH, Indonesia (Reuters) - A Hong Kong aid worker is lucky to be alive after being shot in the neck in Indonesia's Aceh, an official said on Thursday, in an incident that has heightened security concerns over tsunami relief work.
Police blamed separatist rebels for the shooting of Eva Yeung, 28, a relief delegate for the International Federation of Red Cross and Red Crescent Societies, who was travelling by car along Aceh's west coast on Wednesday night.
