WASHINGTON (Reuters) - Four years after leaving the White House, former U.S. President Bill Clinton and his wife have paid off the last of millions of dollars in legal fees stemming largely from his impeachment and a probe of their Whitewater land deal, records released on Tuesday showed.

The annual financial disclosure statement for 2004 also showed that the former president received nearly a million dollars in speaking fees and Sen. Hillary Rodham Clinton of New York earned more than $2 million in book royalties last year.
