BIZZARE behaviours in public never fail to cause a scene for all to remember for awhile.

This time around, an individual believed to be a woman was seen to be dancing in a busy street in Penang, disrupting traffic flow.

The individual is seen in the clip causing a scene with ‘suave’ moves disturbing road users without a care in the world.

Is this true?

According to Northeast district police chief ACP Razlam Ab Hamid, investigations revealed that the incident took place in Jalan Penang, George Town.

ACP Razlam also said no police report has been lodged on the incident.

“The police call for the corporation of the public that has information on the incident to contact the nearest police station.

“We also advise the public to behave properly in public places and not disrupt public order,” said ACP Razlam.
