QuickCheck: Was a woman's body found in a car at highway R&R in Rawang?


A woman's body was in a car at an highway R&R area in Rawang. She was found alone in the car. Is this true?

According to acting Gombak OCPD Supt Abang Kaderi Abang Wasli, the 33-year-old woman was found at the Kundang Barat R&R along the Latar Highway, Rawang around 11am on Thursday (Feb 8).

She was found fully clothed and all her belongings were intact.

"It is believed the woman died around 24 hours before her body was discovered.

"Her body was identified by her sister and friend," he said in a statement on Thursday.

The body was sent to Hospital Sungai Buloh for a post-mortem.

The case has been classified as Sudden Death.
