QuickCheck: Is there a new 'credit card' postal scam tactic?

OF late, many of the tricks used by phone scammers have become well known, and this has led to them adapting old tactics to fool new victims.

With that said, is there a new tactic to scam unsuspecting victims by impersonating postal services and claiming that important documents like credit cards have been kept on hold as an unclaimed package?
