A VIDEO has been making the rounds on social media depicting a street fight involving a group of men, supposedly in Siburan, Kuching recently. The 84sec video shows the men kicking and punching each other, including using a metal chair at one point. Did this incident really happen as claimed?

According to Padawan OCPD Supt Abang Zainal Abidin Abg Ahmad, the incident took place near a car park in front of a supermarket in Siburan.
"We received a police report on Jan 18 from one of the men who was beaten up in the incident," he said in a statement on Monday (Jan 23).
He said the fight was due to a car blocking another car.
"We urge the public to not speculate on an ongoing investigation," he said.
