SINGAPORE (ANN): The prosecution has called for a fine of at least $21,000 for a woman accused of offering massage and sexual services at a beauty salon amid circuit breaker measures meant to curb the coronavirus outbreak.
Such businesses had been ordered to close temporarily, as part of countermeasures against Covid-19.
