MANILA: The Philippines is easing a ban on overseas deployment of health workers, allowing those with existing contracts abroad to leave, according to Foreign Affairs Secretary Teodoro Locsin on Monday (April 12).
"Further applications frozen until further notice,” Locsin said Monday on his official Twitter account.
