BANGKOK: Bangkok's southwestern neighbouring province of Samut Sakhon is currently imposing a heavy fine for people who might be found outdoors without a health mask on their face.
Samut Sakhon Provincial Governor Weerasak Wichitsangsri confirmed on Thursday he has imposed such legal penalty under emergency rule against the Covid-19 (coronavirus) pandemic for those who might be found outdoors without a health mask on their face anywhere in the province, about 40km southwest of the capital.
