MANILA: The Philippine health authorities confirmed on Monday (March 23) 73 new cases of Covid-19 (coronavirus) in the country, bringing the total number of people sick with the increasing outbreak to 380.
Health Undersecretary Maria Rosario Vergeire said there are now 25 deaths in the Philippines. Seventeen patients have recovered so far.
