TOKYO: The Japan Rugby Football Union said on Monday (March 9) it would scrap three rounds of matches after a player was arrested on suspicion of using drugs, insisting the cancellations had nothing to do with the Covid-19 (coronavirus) outbreak.
And this ensures more headaches for the government as the country is already grappling with Covid-19 issues.
