JAKARTA (Reuters): Indonesia's finance minister proposed on Wednesday (Feb 19) new duties on sweetened drinks, vehicles that emit carbon dioxide and plastic bags, to control consumption of the products in South-east Asia's largest economy.
Sri Mulyani Indrawati's proposal comes amid weak tax collection after the economy grew at its slowest pace in three years in 2019.
