Indonesia aims to boost ‘doing business’ ranking to 53rd in 2020

JAKARTA (The Jakarta Post/ANN): The government hopes to up the country’s “doing business” ranking to 53rd place on the World Bank’s list this year in a bid to attract more investment into the country.

The country expects to reach 60th place at the lowest this year and achieve 40th place within the next three to four years, Investment Coordinating Board (BKPM) head Bahlil Lahadalia said on Monday (Feb 17).
